The fight for the chair has begun. I was hesitant about buying this chair but my wife won that argument. Chair arrived in perfect condition. Assembly was easy. Got this massage chair for a month now, me and my husband used it every day, it is well made the reason I like it:
1 this Massage Chair has SL track; S track is the roller track that does the deeper massage on neck and lower back. L track is the extended version of the S track but with the straight track from head to lower back. SL track has the curved deep massage on neck and lower back, massage from head all the way to the buttock.
2, when the massage chair get started, the leg part got raised up so your body is in a very relaxed position to get a fully massage , (especially with the SL track, for people who sit every day this really helps)

My wife and I are extremely pleased with the chair. After doing a lot of research, we decided to go with this one for a number of reasons:
1) It’s aesthetically pleasing and not too large – it just looks like a normal recliner when not in use.
2) The back/neck massage function is incredible. The best either of us have felt from any chair at any price.
3) I am 6’4 and my wife is 5’9 and it’s work well for both of us.
4) 3 year warranty with the Human Touch main office in Long Beach, California, 30 minutes from where we live in Santa Monica. Any problems and I can just drive it over there, though it’s been flawless so far!

My only criticism is that the leg/foot massager isn’t that great. Our legs are both quite thin and it doesn’t give enough pressure to provide a satisfying massage. I also wish it were possible to extend the leg massager further away from the chair when it’s raised. This would be very helpful for people like me with long legs.

However, despite the shortcomings of the leg massager, we felt 5 stars was still appropriate because the back/neck massager is simply amazing. Not too soft, not too hard, and hits all the right places. It’s also possible to remove padding from the back of the chair to increase pressure. We haven’t yet tried this as the massage already provides plenty of pressure.
